Schools, academies & course creators

Education platforms to enroll, bill and teach from any phone.

Online admissions, students and staff with their own logins, tuition payments and automatic reminders. Fewer spreadsheets and paperwork, more time to teach.

The problem

Admin work eats into teaching time.

Applications by email, payments checked one by one, documents scattered across shared folders and announcements lost in group chats. Every process depends on the one person who knows where everything is.

A platform of your own puts it all in one place: each person logs in with their role and sees only what they need.

Paper or email admissions

Loose forms, missing documents and applicants who wait days for an answer.

Chasing payments

Tuition and enrollment fees reconciled by hand, with reminders sent one at a time.

Students in many places

If you teach remotely or across campuses, materials and grades end up everywhere.

Endless paperwork

Reports and forms that repeat every year and get filled out from scratch.

What's included

What your platform can include.

  • Online applications with documents and the status of every applicant.
  • Role-based access for admins, teachers, students or parents.
  • Tuition and enrollment payments with Stripe or Mercado Pago.
  • A campus or library with materials by course.
  • Forms and reports completed inside the platform, not on paper.
  • Automatic reminders by email or WhatsApp.
  • An admin dashboard to see everything in one place.

Real projects

Two education platforms running today.

Both clients are in Chile, where I'm based; I work remotely with schools and course creators in other countries using the same process. Benji is a platform for school special-education teams, covering clinical and teaching records and the forms Chilean schools are required to file. Instituto Bíblico del Sur has students in several cities and handles admissions, tuition and teaching from a phone: online admissions, a campus with roles, tuition and a library.

Pricing and related services

A platform with users, roles and payments is custom web app development, usually around $8,000 – $25,000 depending on scope. If you only need a site to bring in enrollments, start with a website that sells. More detail in how much a website costs.

To be found on Google during enrollment season, add SEO services. And if your front office is flooded with questions, an AI WhatsApp assistant can answer dates, requirements and fees.
