Real estate agents & brokerages

Real estate websites that book showings on their own.

Your own property search, listings that look great on a phone, and every lead sent straight to your WhatsApp and your dashboard. Less dependence on the big listing portals.

The problem

You pay for portal listings, but the lead isn't yours.

On the big portals, your listing sits next to hundreds of others. Buyers compare, bounce and keep scrolling. And when someone finally reaches out, the inquiry lands in an inbox nobody checks fast enough.

A brokerage with its own website owns something a portal will never give it: its brand, its listings, its leads, and the chance to show up on Google when people search in its area.

Slow replies

A buyer messages on Saturday night and hears back on Monday. By then they've booked a showing with someone else.

Listings that don't sell

Loose photos, no clear price, no contact button. And they look even worse on a phone, where most people search.

Leads everywhere

Some in email, some in text messages, some inside the portal. Nobody knows how many came in or from where.

Invisible on Google

Search "condos for sale" plus your neighborhood and you'll find the portals. Not your name.

What's included

A real estate website built to get showings booked.

  • A WhatsApp or text button on every listing, with the property name pre-filled.
  • An admin panel so you can add and edit listings yourself.
  • A lead dashboard: every inquiry with name, phone number and the listing they asked about.
  • Neighborhood and property-type pages built to rank on Google.
  • Optional tools such as a mortgage calculator or home value estimator.

Real projects

Two real estate websites running today.

Full disclosure: these clients are in Chile, where I'm based. I work remotely with businesses in the US and elsewhere, and the setup is the same. CIVI Propiedades is a brokerage with its own property search, a mortgage simulator, a home value estimator and every lead in its dashboard. Audit Propiedades audits apartment buildings and condo associations, and its site turns property managers and boards into service requests.

Pricing and related services

A real estate site with property search and a dashboard usually falls in the business website range: $3,500 – $7,000. If you need a multi-agent portal, user accounts or payments, that's a custom web app. See the full breakdown in how much a website costs.

To get your listings found by neighborhood, add SEO services. And if most inquiries arrive after hours, an AI WhatsApp assistant can answer price, size and availability instantly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep listing on Zillow or other portals?

Yes. Your own site doesn't replace the portals, it complements them. The goal is that buyers who find you through your name, social media or Google land on your site and in your dashboard, not on a listing next to your competitors.

Can I add and edit listings myself?

Yes. You get an admin panel to create, edit, pause or mark properties as sold, with photos and price. I'll record a short video showing you how.

Do you work with agents outside Chile?

Yes. I work fully remotely over video calls and WhatsApp. The projects shown here are for clients in Chile, and the same process applies anywhere.
