The challenge

Hundreds of messages just to sell booths.

Running an expo means selling booths to many different exhibitors, each with their own rate and requirements. Doing it through DMs and bank transfers means answering the same question a hundred times, chasing receipts and keeping spreadsheets by hand.

The organizer needed exhibitors to book their spot end to end without calling anyone.

What we built

An event page that is also a checkout.

Registration by exhibitor type

Tattoo artists, shops and food trucks choose their category and see what's included.

Online payment

Exhibitors pay online through Mercado Pago, the leading payment gateway in Latin America, and receive a registration code.

For your event

What you can take from this case.

This works for trade shows, conferences, tournaments, expos or any event with several types of participants. The key is that registration and payment happen in one flow: a spot is confirmed when the payment clears, not when someone checks their inbox.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can it use Stripe instead of Mercado Pago?

Yes. Mercado Pago is the usual choice in Latin America; for events in the US, UK or Europe we use Stripe.

Can it sell tickets to the public too?

Yes. The same system can handle tickets with different types and prices, alongside exhibitors.
