The challenge

An institute with students spread across the country.

Instituto Bíblico del Sur offers a five-year program in three levels, with progressive certification, live online classes and in-person modules. Students live in different cities and study without leaving their jobs or churches.

With that model, applying by email, paying by bank transfer and sharing materials over WhatsApp didn't scale. They needed one place for the entire academic year.

What we built

A website that explains and a campus that organizes.

  • Public website covering the five-year path, the three levels, the hybrid method and the faculty.
  • Online admissions: applicants complete their application from their phone.
  • Role-based campus: students, teachers and admin staff each see what's relevant to them.
  • Tuition and fees: students see what they owe and what they've paid.
  • A library with each level's materials in one place.

How it works

From first visit to first class.

  1. 01

    Discovers the institute

The site lays out the five-year path, the levels and how to study from any city.

  2. 02

    Applies online

Four clear steps to enroll, with requirements listed up front.

  3. 03

    Logs into the campus

Once accepted, the student accesses classes, materials and fees with their own account.

  4. 04

    Studies all year

Live classes, in-person modules and the library, all coordinated through the platform.

For your institution

What you can take from this case.

Whether you run a training institute, an academy or a school, the key is to separate two things: a public website that persuades applicants and a private platform that organizes academic life. That way marketing and operations don't get mixed up.

Does this work for small institutions?
